Delivery Information and Terms:

All models currently ship from the UK.

Items sold to buyers in the UK will be posted First Class Signed For.

Items sold to buyers in the US will be posted via Airmail or Airsure.

If sent by Airmail I offer my personal assurance that the model will arrive safely. If any model does not

arrive in good time or arrives damaged, I will replace this.

If sent by Airsure - This is an insured, tracked and signed for service. I use this service for models

that are not easily replaced (expensive finishes or end-of-run models). If any model

sent this way doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be made with the

Postal Service, which may involve participation from the buyer.

Shipping from the UK to the US takes on average 7 days, but please allow 14 days (total) for your parcel, then if it's still not arrived, or if it is damaged in transit, please contact me and we'll see about making a claim.

Items sold to buyers in countries other than the United Kingdom and the United States please contact me to discuss delivery price and method.

Trades are always considered for other resin model horses, and sometimes for (LSQ only!) prepping and painting services. Please do not be offended if I refuse a trade offer, sometimes I have no room for new models, sometimes the international shipping may be an issue, and sometimes - well I may just need the money!

I'm a reasonable person, I will treat all sales and trade issues reasonably and only expect the same in return.

I use Smooth-On resins to avoid any quality issues, however occasionally a model may develop issues due to any number of factors from location/climate changes, shipping techniques etc...

All model cast by me have a "Good Resin" guarantee, therefore should any model cast by me develop an issue with the quality of the resin other than any issue known about when sold (ie for seconds), it will be happily replaced with an identical model where possible. If there are no more copies of that model available an alternative or refund may be offered, subject to my own discression (see note between the two lines above). Should a model deteriorate after professional prepping and painting, I am only able to guarantee the model itself, however will discuss this problem with the purchaser should this occur.

My models also come with a short-term satisfaction guarantee. If, when your model arrives you are disappointed with the quality of casting, the quality of the sculpture or with the quality of the finish, as long as the item is returned to me in the condition sent, I will refund the purchase price of the model excluding P&P (unless it is agreed I have supplied an obviously sub-standard model).
