Halfling Frodo is a variation on the Frodo model I made last year.  I wanted to have some fun with it and try out some new materials, so I got creative and made a shrunken down version.  Thanks to the new smaller size, I was able to try out some more exciting materials with it.  Here's an illustration of the size difference:
